Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Category: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm / Monday through Friday

This position requires an outgoing, dependable, detail oriented and resourceful person.  The qualified candidate will support managers and staff through a variety of tasks in a technical, customer service oriented environment.  The job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Input of information into scheduling and accounting software
  • Produce and distribute letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Filing
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain the reception area and greet incoming visitors
  • Receive deliveries

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are critical
