As we continue together navigating this disruption caused by Coronavirus, we want to remind you of some of TSG‘s services that might be helpful to you and your business.
The government’s pending shut down of all non-essential businesses is leaving many owners very nervous. At TSG we have the ability to watch over your systems even if it needs to be done 100% remotely. We can proactively work on your systems and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track.
If your employees need to work remotely, we can help. TSG has set up numerous clients with VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) so employees can work at home on secureconnections. We also can have a VoIP telephone system in place as quickly as possible. This will allow your entire team to stay connected internally and externally. Customers or vendors can still call your office number and office staff can still dial an extension number to reach a coworker. Essentially, your team will have the same telephone functions at home as they do in the office with these VoIP phones.
At present, we have limited on-site staffing at the TSG office. Those not on-site continue to work remotely to meet your needs. In alignment with governmental guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are limiting visits to the TSG office to hardware drop off and pick up.
